Return Policy

Shipping & Handling Charges are Non-Refundable

All items must be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be returned unused and in original new packaging.  Items purchased as Christmas gifts after the 1st of November must be returned for store credit, exchange, or refund no later than January 25th, in original new condition including packaging.

Gift Certificates are not returnable for cash, but have no expiration date.

Shipping & Handling Charges are Non-Refundable.  We will ship anywhere in the United States.  International orders are not currently available.  Shipping charges may need to be adjusted upward or downward for weight or distance.  You will be notified by email if a rate change is necessary, and we will wait until we receive confirmation before proceeding with your shipment.
